This service provides technical support for the server portion of software utility products such as Microsoft BackOffice, SQL Server, Exchange, IIS, SMS, GroupWise, Lotus Notes, ZENWorks, Border Manager, FAXWare, BackupExec, ArcServe, McAfee Total Virus Protection and so forth.
