Operating System Restoration - Server
EMF will reinstall the base server operating system following any system crash that requires such restoration. This service is limited to a "vanilla" operating system load, enabling verification of the server's operation in a stand-alone configuration. The customer or third party will then be able to restore the full configuration, data and applications.

Operating System Restoration - PCs
EMF will reinstall the base PC operating system following any system crash that requires such restoration. This service is limited to a "vanilla" operating system load, or company-standard image load. Note that the user will lose personal settings, favorites, and locally installed applications and data.

Operating System, Data and Application Restoration
EMF will perform routine operating system, data, and application restoration following any system crash that requires such restoration. Restoration will be to the point of the last successful backup.

Off-Site Data Storage and Media Testing
EMF will store an agreed-upon portion of the customer's backup tapes as well as test the media for readability. This provides a watchdog service to ensure that the backup process is being followed.
